Short Term Accomodation

What makes Axis STA different ?

Short Term Accommodation, which includes respite, is money for temporary support and housing away from your ordinary residence. It pays for your care in another location for up to fourteen days. You may spend a brief stay with others or on your own. It is frequently sponsored when your normal carers are unavailable or when you want to try something different.

We offer innovative short term accomodation options. Our STA staff are qualified high intensity support workers, counsellors and social workers. We tailer our STA packages to the individuals interests and abilities. We have male and female support workers available depending on the individuals needs.

Our STA’s are operated with a therapeutic lens, and ‘around the campfire’ chats are encouraged.
